I'm sorry but Wine on Linux is part of a bigger ecosystem. Wine developers
shouldn't expect it to be a static landscape, just as it doesn't expect
every Windows game/application it supports to work in the same way.

If you're saying "get rid of PA", you might as well say "boot into Windows"
for every Wine bug!

@jorl17: Everything you say is true. But as somebody lodged firmly within
the "user" category, knowing that is just more frustrating than empowering.
