I want their X server so bad.. I've been trying to build one of my own that works with Wine that works better than Xquartz...

and I have it working as long as I don't try to use any OpenGL in Wine... I can build and run Wine just fine, with full screen support good, just like Crossover's... trying to build it into my Wineskin project. Its working nicely, and better than Xquartz... for simple Wine apps, nothing with 3D rendering, or it crashes with invalid X server calls.

I hacked apart a demo version of Crossover and borrowed Codeweavers X11, and a few other bits of code they have in there it relies on, and it runs very nicely, but I really don't want to do that for my own software....

XFree86 builds on Mac OS X seem to really hate Wine, except for Crossover's... I really wish they'd make the X11 source code available.
