[Wine] Lotus Organiser97

I am trying to install Lotus Organiser 97 from a CD.
I have Ubuntu 9.04 and wine 1.0.1
I have tried various "windows" versions
It looks like I need to add

You will need to open regedit and add c:\lotus\compnent to the path under HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Environment\PATH

I can load the registry OK and scroll down to ...Environment.
How do I do the next bit please.
At the moment nothing happens when I try to load Organiser.
