In fact Office was my first install I did after Wine installation. I think Wine is clean.
 With line command, I got those messages :

Actually, Excel runs but I've the error. If I click "Ok", I can use Excel but when I use the modified files on a windows session. Those files are corrupted and Excel has to fix them. I don't know how much this corruption of the files can affect them and if I risk to lose them.

After the "Ok" click, I got this as console output :
