Ultrasurf uses the IE browser control.
IE has never worked reliably with wine.
Get firefox and download the firefox addon from http://www.ultrareach.com/download_en.h
Actually, all ultrasurf does is

	get list of open proxies

	use them

	delete browser cache

You could do that yourself, without wine, and save a few clicks.
