Have you installed this app in Wine?  If you're trying to run it from a Windows partition, you can't do that.

You didn't say what version of ACDSee, but from the AppDB it looks like only very old versions work in Wine. http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=application&iId=299
