Try it again without start, just wine /home/duke/Público/mugen/vanpri107c/ô¡ó¬üÉ×êó»¹/ô¡ó¬üÉ×êó»¹.exe Start probably wants a windows path, not a Unix path, and you don't really need start if you just want to run an app.
