I believe that Cryptography support in the Wine kernel is still in it's infancy... That could cause you a few issues getting that application to work...

The version of Wine you are using is very out-dated though... Have you tried running your software in version 1.3.8? You could file a bug with that console output you posted... But you will only get told by the Wine Developers to try a more recent Wine version!!  8)
