[Wine] Cannot install dcom98

here is the steps to reproduce, I have wine 1.3.8:

According to error.c source (http://source.winehq.org/source/dlls/ntdll/error.c?v=wine-1.3.8) c000007b should mean ERROR_BAD_EXE_FORMAT.

What can I try? I am seriously cramped as a productivity app depends on it (autocad 2000)...
