IP V6 support is in the stages of being implemented.

This is one of those RARE times that Wine may actually run better as 
root.  Raw Socket access is PROHIBITED by ordinary users in most Linux 
distributions.

According to my.plugins.info this comes from:
Home Networking NAT Traversal via UPnP Configuration Manager 
HNetCfg.NATUPnP.1

Looks like you will have to find a way to install this product, but I 
don't think Wine supports UPnP (Universal Plug and Play).

Are you running this program on a home network with a private address 
scheme NAT'd to a public IP address?
