This is because it recognizes Wine as a legitimate.

These read several Windows files and then determine if you are indeed 
running an unhacked version of Windows.  Wine will NEVER match these 
values, nor should it.  Vitamin stated that you should use friendlier 
programs that do not use this broken functionality....
