[Wine] Wine crashes on WoW install

I'm running Ubuntu 10.04 with WINE 1.2. I had to replace my hard drive, so this is a fresh install of both Ubuntu and WINE. I can accept the user agreements and open the installer, but when I get to the world.MPQ (i think thats the file) file, WINE crashes and tells me there was something wrong and the install hangs at 24%.

I'm fairly new to Ubuntu AND WINE so I don't know where to find logs or what I'm looking for.
