[Wine] How to use winecfg and winetricks with 64-bit wine

I have compiled 64-bit wine and run programs using the following command:
wine64 notepad
How do I get winecfg and winetricks to work? 
winecfg just gives me "wine not found"
I understand that winetricks is mostly geared toward installing 32-bit stuff, but I would like the registry changes such as fontfix and sound=alsa.
