Those are perfectly normal. I get these all the time.

Actually, those "fixme"s are meaningless, period. Like I said, they
happen to me all the time. The real problem lies elsewhere.

Try going a step above +warn and turning on +trace. Then post the
(really long) log somewhere like pastebin.
