[Wine] Is there any known issue when compiling wine with gcc-4.4.3?

I had recently installed gentoo with the whole system compiled with gcc-4.4.3 and with the ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~x86" flag enabled, so the system is with the most recent packages.
I'm thinking that there should be some problem with gcc-4.4.3 because when I'm going to run Warcraft 3, I get a
Code:
 err:seh:raise_exception Unhandled exception code c0000005 flags 0 addr (nil)

.
I have another installation that was compiled with gcc-4.3.4 and has no trouble when running Warcraft 3.
I haven't changed my USE flags, and my cflags are:

Code:

CFLAGS="-O3 -march=amdfam10 -pipe"
CXXFLAGS=${CFLAGS}

I know that is not recommended compile with -O3 but Portage use -O2 when it is compiling wine.
Does anyone has a position about it?
