I'm not sure what you want to try at all. But if you want to recompile your MFC app using winelib to create a 'Linux version' you will likely fail. We don't have an implementation of MFC in Wine. You would have to recompile MFC using winelib as well. This hasn't been attempted recently and it might have legal issues.
