When i open the wine cfg i see d3dx10 files in the functions library!

I've a d805 at 3ghz with 2g ram and nvidia8600 Gt, so my video card support the dx10, but i do not want to use it! I use the winetrick to install dx9 and dx10. Maybe it is the problem?
