Do all of the listed applications support setting the ProgramFiles
directory in a using a graphical interface?

Can you recommend one?

That is true, indeed, but very cumbersome and most users do not care to
change it (I have seen this yesterday.), so it would be nice to as an
admin or whatever to configure this.
