GUYS i fixed it by removing application shortcuts with cyrillic from here: /home/alex/.local/share/applications/wine and here /home/alex/.config/menus and then removed all the application from here: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Wine\MenuFiles everything works like a charm
