[Wine] Wine won't upgrade, repository errors

Dell Vostro 1500
Ubuntu 9.10
repository: http://ppa.launchpad.net/ubuntu-wine/ppa/ubuntu

When trying to upgrade from Wine 1.0.1 to 1.1.37 I receive the following error:

 Depends: libmpg123-0 (>=1.6.2) but it is not installable
 Recommends: wine1.2-gecko  but it is not installable
------------

Neither file appears in my synaptic repository, and wine doesn't appear as a broken application.  I tried uninstalling Wine 1.0.1, and now neither 1.0.1 or 1.1.37 will install without these dependency errors.

Ideas?  Thanks!
