Install libgnutils.  If you installed a 32 bit version of Wine, you will 
need to install the 32 bitness version.

BTW, Remote Access Services (RAS) is partially implemented through stubs 
to get programs to work.  If you have programming experience, your 
assistance to resolve and complete this portion of the Win32/Win64 API 
would be appreciated.
