[Wine] Re: Singularity game has slow video

Same problem for me, i have rather fast hardware (phenom II x6 1090t, nvidia gtx275) and this game is unplayable slow. I had to install direct x that comes with the dvd otherwise its not working at all as doctordruidphd  mentioned in above post. Could this way of installing direct x instead of using wine's build-in or winetricks d3dx9 cause the big slowdown ?
