That bug affects kernel versions 2.6.33 - 2.6.34.1 (2.6.34.2 will have the fix).

It is unlikely then that you have the bug -- but I would try with kernel 2.6.32.15, the latest official known working kernel, to be sure (or use 2.6.34.1 with the patch from the kernel bug thread linked in the Wine bug thread, that's what I'm using).
