[Wine] Set parameters of winecfg at startup?

Actually, you should be using a different Wineprefix which is described 
in the Wine FAQ at:

http://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#head-faf9617c53607e583f6e6ff70a4ac9522d490faf

for applications that require different settings.
