I had the same issue, see http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=20350&iTestingId=53588

 If you get fullscreen issues, go in winecfg->graphics and enable "Emulate a virtual desktop". You will need to enable "Allow DirectX apps to stop the mouse leaving their window", otherwise moving around will be extremely annoying.
