1. I don't know, how do I make sure I have it- and how do I install it if I don't have it. 'dxdiag' doesn't open up, BTW.

3. My video card is Intel GM965 (I think), my chipset is Mobile Intel GMA X3100. There is nothing wrong with it as Cod4 ran properly in Windows.
