[Wine] Civ4 on Ubuntu doesn't work anymore after upgrade

I tried 1.1.38, 1.1.39, 1.1.41 and 1.1.43.

I'll run the regression test as soon as I understand the principles
(what sources am I supposed to work with...) and of course as soon as
I'm free of work :-)
