[Wine] Minimized screen can't be restored

I am having some problems with my customer's commercial software. Everything works fine until the minimize the program to run something else or to possibly run another copy of the same program. When they minimize the window it turns into a small title bar with just the close button and cannot be resized to work, therefore must be closed. 

Does anyone know of a fix for this problem??
