[Wine] Civ4 on Ubuntu doesn't work anymore after upgrade

Well, next step is : I opened a bug on Bugzilla !

Hope it will help to enhance Wine ! Giving everyone Linux user the hope
to finally remove Window$ from his computer, reclaiming many GB
