If you make a wrapper for it in Wineskin... get it working (even with the mouse problem)... by using a virtual desktop, or fullscreen (Screen Options is in WineskinSettings.app), then Export the wrapper to a WineskinSC wrapper.

thats my thread on the STO forums... download the STO 1.2beta1 version wrapper.... not the 1.1 one

In Finder, right click the wrapper you made and select "show package contents" and go to Contents/Resources ...  open a Finder window and do the same thing on the STO wrapper.  Move the WineskinEngine.bundle from the STO wrapper, over to your wrapper... then your wrapper should work... as long as your in a virtual desktop, or fullscreen.
