[Wine] Toolbook problem?

Hi
I'm running an application that uses toolbook files such as 
tb70net.exe and others.
winevdm.exe crashes leaving a long logfile starting with:

The file TB70.exe is nowhere to be found. On the CD hosting the
application there are several files TB70XXX.EXE  (XXX=many things),
but no TB70.exe ... Somehow windevdm.exe expects to find tb70.exe on 
C:/windows/system32 (the wine version of this).

Any help please?
