There is a known crash after login: http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=21809#c43 A patch is available, but you have to build wine yourself. The patch is too tricky to make it in to wine-1.2, I fear. Alternately, you could try using crossover games from codeweavers.com.
