[Wine] Instructions for clean Install of Wine, EVE, and Ventrilo

No, it doesn't.

What graphics card do you have and what drivers are you using with it?

Installing EVE should simply be a case of running the installer,
grabbing the arial font, and then running the game.  This assumes you
have a good enough graphics card to run the game and the latest
drivers available for that card.
