[Wine] mapi32.dll.MAPIResolveName unimplemented?

Hi, i'm trying to run a legacy application written in VisualBasic (apparently). I started to try each option/menu and currently I found this error trying to send emails using a builtin form:

Apparently it's implemented (or at least registered/listed) in wine according to http://source.winehq.org/WineAPI/mapi32.html

Should I use a current HEAD snapshot?
