[Wine] Clown_BD help

Hi!
I have been trying to use Clown_BD via wine but need some help.  [Crying or Very sad]

It uses eac3to and tsmuxer which to my knowledge both works with wine? However when I try to make a blu-ray remux I get to step 2 in the Clown_BD program, some buttons are then missing in the gui.... Does anyone know if there is something more I need to install before this program can work correctly? I have installed the latest java  [Idea]
