[Wine] Hidden and Dangerous 2 and a strange bar

Hello,

if i try to run my HD2 in windowed mode, at the top of the window i
got that strange blue bar/stripe (it cuts of the bottom of the game)

if i try to run it in fullscreen, i always see my menu bar .....well isn't really fullscreen then...

does anybody know whats the problem is? How can i get rid of
my "menu-bar and boarders" problem [Embarassed] ?

My system:
Latest Gentoo
Nvidia 9800 gtx
wine 1.1.38
