[Wine] Civ IV: Colonization crashes

This may be related to the problems I encountered with CivIV (BTS here,
but Colonization works OK too).

Try compiling version 1.1.37 after uninstalling the "official"
package (just get the sources, unpack them, ./configure && make depend
&& make && sudo make install).

I get a regression error between 1.1.37 and 1.1.38. Mind you, it may be
an Ubuntu problem, not a Wine/Civ4 problem !
