[Wine] Unable to connect to an USB device

I am using wine 1.3.6-1.1 under openSUSE 11.3 x86_64.
I have installed CDLib v.4 (a Windows program from Dacal) connected through USB to a CDLibrary device. When launching the program, I get a message saying that I have to power on the device, than nothing else.
Apparently, the program is not able to communicate to the USB.
But the Dacal device is recognised in openSUSE.

lsusb gives:

Is there a way in wine to fix this problem?
Thank you in advance for answer.
