[Wine] Can't create folders in .wine/drive_c/users/public/App Data/...

OK just an update.  Just incase someone has same issue. Creating a new user
name in ubuntu allows me to connect and such. So i copied over stuff from
old folder that i really wanted. No idea why that profile was borked like
that.

But under new username, wine Wow.exe allows those folders to be created, my
realID works properly now and everything.  No idea what was wrong.
