A clean wineprefix is one without anything installed to it and all the settings at default.

Delete or rename ~/.wine and reinstall Office without any winetricks, then run Word. If the problem persists, post plain console output--no debug channels. If the problem is solved, you can add the overrides specified in the AppDB.
