[Wine] Ubuntu 10.10, Wine 1.3.7 and Enable virtual desktop default

I wanted to enable virtual desktop by default, and to turn it off for some applications. I changed default setting to enable it with 1024x768 resolution, and I added one application for which I turned off this option. But, if I start this application, it is started in virtual desktop, like everything else. Is this expected behaviour? If it is, is there a way to tell wine (from command line) not to open virtual desktop for an application?
