[Wine] CoD:Black Ops-Keyboard Does Not Work?

I had this in Modern Warfare 2. I found that it was the Steam integration
that was leaving keyboard focus with Steam.

To fix it I originally found that Alt+Tabbing to another window and then
back worked.

But if you edit the game in Steam and turn off the friends integration (just
a checkbox), it'll "just work".
