[Wine] error installing wine from terminl

hello, 
I'm a new ubuntu user.
My intention was installing WINE , I typed
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntu-wine/ppae

and this is the answer

Error reading https://launchpad.net/api/1.0/~ubuntu-wine/+archive/ppae: <urlopen error [Errno -2] Nome o servizio sconosciuto>

ubuntu italian forum haven't idea what happening...
can u help me please
