Darwine appears to be dead.  No progress for about four years.  Don't 
know who is maintaining the sourceforge.net site.  It was to allow x86 
Windows programs to be run on the PowerPC platform.  Since Apple adopted 
Intel processors, the value of this project was greatly diminished.
