I'm using Wine 1.3.5 and running it from the console gives no output, just the Windows Dialog saying "PlusConfig requires Windows 98 or later to run" 
The software does not use windows harware drivers (to my knowledge). What i do know is that during installation on a native Windows a lot of OCX files are copied.
