[Wine] A new problem with SC4s Graphics

After a short run, the graphic images get replaced with rgbk boxes.

I have set the memory size for my GPU in the registry per the wiki page instructions.  This worked on 2.1, but something has either changed or I missed something when I had my system wipe out and I was restoring things manually.  I tried backing out to 2.1 and the problem is there too.

This log is from 1.3.5

I have used winetricks to down load what I thought I remembered I need, but I must have missed something critical.  It seems that the GPU memory is not being dumped when it should be.
