I've seen the same kind of error frequently on my system. I have an
Archlinux x86_64 with a 32bit chroot for WINE. Because I maintain the
32bit portion separately, I occasionally have a mismatch with the video
graphics driver and the graphics utility tools. While these are
mismatched, I get the same error as shown in your screenshot.

In your case, a good guess would be that your video graphics _can't_
support WoW, either because your hardware isn't sufficient, or you do
not have the right drivers installed. There's no way anyone can do more
then guess without at least seeing the shell output you get when you
attempt to launch WoW.
