[Wine] .net 3.0 and Windows Presentation Framework?

With WINEDLLOVERRIDES="d3d9=""", windowscodecs(native),  increasing
ulimit -n and some dll overrides (jet40, mdac28), it works. It is quite
unstable, many crashes (but in WinXP it is quite unstable too!), but
SolidWorks is nearly fully functionnal now.
