Bluetooth serial deivces (which is ussually used for sync) should
work, but the symlinks might need to be create manually (with PC Suite
set to serial device, NOT Bluetooth)

Bluetooth connection, etc. should be sorted out under Linux, not Wine.

With what do you want do syncronize? Outlook was broken on Wine last
time I checked?
