Another fortnight, another Winetricks.

This one has a heap of bug fixes (e.g. works again in kde,
don't think glsl=disabled means disabling glsl.dll,
don't expolode if a wineprefix has single quotes in the name),
and the following new verbs:

DLLs:
d3dx11_42
xact: now also installs xapofx1_1.dll
xact_jun2010: newer version of xact for games that need e.g. xapofx1_4

Some shells crash on test ! $foo if foo is empty; adding quotes works around it

utorrent: updated.  (Need to create a Start menu item for it sometime.)
Rename firefox to firefox3 and update to latest; rename firefox4 to
firefox; add backwards
compatibility hack so firefox4 still works
acreedbro: kludge to let patch install

To make life easier for rpm packagers, fool autodependency generator
by invoking zenity and kdialog indirectly.  (2nd time, maybe we'll
remember from now on.)
Don't use zenity in kde when caching iso
Whitespace changes and removing redundant case
w_warn: output to stderr, otherwise some errors vanish inside internal files
Fix top level menu for kde
Handle single quotes in prefix names
dsoundhw: typo fix
avatar_demo: ported.
dsoundhw: accept abbreviations.

Fix horrible breakage in settings gui introduced in the printf change.
acreedbro: work around depth of field and mouse problems.  Not tested as such.
w_mount: add just enough support for mounting real discs in Windows to
let acreedbro install
Fix bug that caused glsl=diabled etc. to be misrecognized as a request

crysis2: new verb (mostly identical to the demo's verb)
W_OPT_UNATTENDED is now empty rather than zero when false.

Fix two quoting problems.  Fix suggested by doh123.
simsmed: first draft of Sims Medieval support.  Desktop icon fix untested.
winetricks_wintounix: add missing quotes around WINEPREFIX
mfc42: don't install msvcrt, only mfc42 and mfc42u
bttf101: new verb.
Another attempt at getting optin reporting escaped right.
